Looks like Hammer, Sickle, and Cleavage there, so she should fit in fine. (not certain which side of the slutty behavior line she would be) A lot depends on her back story.. If she’s another eternal young heroine who can’t believe Russia is now a Christian Kleptocracy and China is powerful because it’s a free(ish) market powerhouse. Then they could drink together in a “kid’s today” mode. If she’s, like, a college junior Miss Victory would give her a nugggie or a wedgie.
Good thing Ursa Mega had this livestream going, otherwise we never would have gotten to see what was happening to Miss Victory after she abandoned her chaperone duties during Mary’s high school dance.
Ursa Mega is fit and hot, if a little broad shouldered, in the introduction to the character, then suddenly she looks like she’s been eating potatoes rather than drinking them as Vodka. How LONG was she locked up in that donut shop?

Well Geezer, it’s tough to say. We’ve seen Vic in this sort of situation before, and she’s wily (and bendy!) but she always uses momentum for the really big hits and Ursa’s done a great job keeping her on the ground.
As for Fan Support, everyone on the feeds seem to like her so she might get a bit of a social boost. In Russia. Which begs the question: Does Vic’s patriotism boost work for non-American sources? She could be more red then white and blue if you catch my meaning.
